United States & Puerto Rico:

Orders $100 and above: Free Standard Shipping

Orders $0.00–$49.99: $6 flat-rate shipping

Orders $50–$99.99: $7 flat-rate shipping
International:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and the chosen shipping method.
Processing Times
Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note:

During peak periods, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing may take longer.

In rare cases of back orders or unexpected stockouts, processing time may be extended. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.

Scrachee LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier issues, unexpected demand spikes, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

United States & Puerto Rico:

Express/Next-Day: 1–2 business days after processing
International Orders (Canada & UK):

Average transit time: 6–10 business days after processing, depending on customs and local postal services
Important: Transit time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Scrachee LLC. Once a package has left our facility, delivery speed is subject to carrier performance, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping vs. Processing

Processing Time = the time we take to pack and prepare your order

Shipping Time = the time in transit after the package has been picked up by the carrier
Delivery timeframes are calculated as processing time plus shipping time. Delays may occur due to factors beyond Scrachee LLC’s control.
Delays and Carrier Issues
We make every effort to ship orders on time; however, Scrachee LLC is not responsible for:

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

Delays due to incorrect addresses provided by customers

Delays caused by third-party couriers or forwarding services
If your package is delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Our support team is also happy to help coordinate communication with the carrier if needed.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before your order ships. You may reply to your order confirmation email or contact support@scrachee.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Scrachee LLC cannot control customs processing times and is not responsible for delays or additional fees incurred during customs clearance.

If customs refuses or returns your package to us, we will refund the product cost upon safe receipt, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
Courier or Forwarding Services
If you use a forwarding service to reroute your order outside our standard shipping regions:

Scrachee’s obligation ends once the order is delivered to the forwarding address you provided.

Scrachee LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in the possession of a forwarding service.

Customers are strongly encouraged to choose a reputable, insured forwarding service that provides tracking and good customer support.
Order Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Scrachee LLC is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to address errors or customer refusal, only the product cost will be refunded upon safe return, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Products purchased from Scrachee LLC are intended for personal use only. Reselling Scrachee products without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Purchase Authenticity

Products bought outside of our official website or from unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit, expired, or unsafe. Scrachee is not responsible for the quality, safety, or authenticity of these products.
Shipping Costs and Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If a returned package is received in good condition, we will refund the product cost only.
