Managing Eczema through Inflammation Control

Managing Eczema through Inflammation Control

It is interesting how many people who have eczema or who are caring for someone with eczema do not know that eczema is a type of chronic inflammation.

When we talk about eczema, we talk about an inflammatory reaction of the skin and the types of eczema are different variations of that inflammation.

It is logical to think that the most effective way to reduce the symptoms of eczema is to reduce inflammation in the body, but first we must know what inflames our body.

Among the many things that can cause inflammation in the human body, these are the most common ones that affect people with eczema:

😥Infections.
😥Allergens.
😥Lifestyle.
😥Stress.
😥Hormonal changes.
😥Diet high in trans fats and sugar.

If you are treating eczema topically but your body is inflamed because of the large amounts of sugar you consume or because you are stressed from your job, I am sorry to tell you that you are probably not going to see improvement in your skin.

Eczema is treated from within because the problem originates from within, the health of the skin is a reflection of our internal health.

So here are my recommendations for you to start reducing inflammation in your body

💛 Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in antioxidants.
